Hi guys, just a quick question.
At the moment I'm hitting the gym in the morning before I head to work. I have time to eat either before or after. My question is - when is the best time to eat in relation to exercise. Everything I've read seems to contradict itself.
Does anyone have any info/ experience they'd like to share?

It's like everyone else already said....it's different for everyone. Depends on how you feel. One thing though...I agree w/Mkroyer, I would NOT workout until at least 1 hr before or after eating. I tried this and it wasn't very fun running and upchucking all at the same time.
