Granny arms...same here. Right now I do a few circuits of pushups, triceps extensions, military style extensions (don't know what those are actually called), and random movements with a resistance band or dumbbells. i do about 8-10 reps. I am not sure if this is enough...but it is something
Try tricep pushups (I've also heard them called Chaturanga pushups). They are KILLER even from your knees! It's basically a pushup, but you start with your hands closer to together and your arms stay right next to your body - I'm sure you can google/youtube this for a good explanation of form. It's also great because you're using all the muscles in your core!
