I have finally found an exercise that I can do, even large and even with my bum knee. Of course I have to improvise with some things and wear a knee brace. It is bellydancing aerobics! I am already taking a bellydancing class, but now my instructor has created an aerobics class that uses our dance moves and gets our heart rate up. I really love it. Although I have been taking bellydancing for a year now and have gained weight (no relation lol) I see in only 3 weeks/ 3x a week how much this has already done for me. I am consciously losing the weight (again), but I really feel like I have partnered my good eating with an exercise plan that will work.
So, anyone out there looking for a fun exercise, try bellydancing aerobics!
