My sister did the Insanity program last year and got great results. She lost her last 10-15 lbs and hit her goal weight during the program. She too had hit a plateau before doing the program. I did it with her a few times, and it was just too much for me. There is lots of jumping/push-ups/football/basketball moves. If you've ever played sports, it feels a lot like conditioning before the season officially starts. If you like intense exercise, it will definitely help you break a plateau, but if you're like me and prefer moderate exercise, you'll absolutely dread the Insanity workout everyday.
