I've done the 30 day shred twice before, but I have never finished it! 15 days the first time 20 the second. This time I'm going to do it! I started tonight! I'm not going to weigh or measure until the last day. If you would like to join me, go ahead and start an accountability chart here too!
I will take a one day break here or there if I feel my body needs it. I'll also incorporate additional exercise too.
I have to admit I've taken a Loooong break from exercising, and it shows in my measurements... I realize now how much I need it and how much better I feel when it is a part of my plan.
