I started using "Your Shape" for the xbox360 kinect today. I did a toning test and the cardio test. After I was done, I was sweating and my heart was racing and I was DONE FOR. Then the woman on the screen says to me, "Great job, now where would you like to begin?" Ummm well... begin???? I was done!! I have my work cut out for me. I'm soooooo out of shape!

Haha! I've yet to get the Your Shape but I felt the same way when I first got the Wii Fit and it was testing my age, etc! No worries, the more you use it the more easier it'll get!

I started with that on the Wii when I began my journey back in may! It was good but then I got into the Jillian DVDS and Jenny was no match for Jillian haha.
