I just wanted to say that the only place on my entire body that I can see a change in is my
butt (which is a huge surprise b/c I have so much weight to lose). It is lifting at a very fast pace (compared to what I ever imagined)! Boy, I can't stop checking it out in the mirror. Hubby just looks at me and smiles
LOL.
For others who want to work on this area, I want to encourage you to try out some of these exercises. Keep at it, and you will see a difference.
