Body Gospel - Help

Hello,

I purchased the Body Gospel Workout and I'm not sure of an order that I am to do the exercises. There are 4 dvd's. Is anyone exercising to Body Gospel? If so, do you follow a schedule or just exercise to any one you want? I would think that a workout schedule should be followed.
