Has anyone tried the Bar Method?
 

At a party this weekend some girls were RAVING about their bar method classes. From my understanding it is basically holding onto a dance bar and holding various positions.

Has anyone here tried it? Do you like it? Any great results? Do you take a class, or do a video?

I haven't tried it but i also heard about it recently too and it looked really interesting so i wanted to but it seemed a bit complicated. I do wish there was a class in my area
