Kettlebells
:D My new fav!! I've been doing 15-20 min of kettlebell training with 10 lb kettlebells. It rocks! I can't lie it is tough and you will be tired. It is so worth it!

I love kettlebells too. My favorite move is the swing. I can feel every muscle in my abdomen contract as my body tries to stabilize itself. I can't say enough about them too.
