September Shredders - 30 day accountability thread
I'm starting up the 30 day shred again tonight and I WILL finish it this time! Instead of starting a new post each day I'll come back and edit this message to update my progress. Feel free to join me fellow shredders!

Are you planing on taking any rest days ... or are you going to do it every day.
I really want to do it every day but I am not sure if is OK. |
I'm in! I actually started Day 1 yesterday! I did it a few times last spring but never the 30 consecutive days. I'm really excited to try it and see results.
My starting weight is 146.0 Bust: 38 Waist: 29 Hips: 40 123 Day 3: Today's really hurt for some reason, it was a struggle to finish with 2 & 5 lb weights. :( I'll just add each day as I do it, and compare end stats. Good Luck!! |
I'm in too and I started Day 1 yesterday too :)
I've tried this a couple times the most recent being about a month ago but I was also training for 7 mile road race at the time and it was too hard to do the shred every day. I'll add my info later. Good luck everyone! |
Well ladies I did day one today ... so far so good.
I will try to do it every day ... My starting weight is 131.2 Bust: 37 Waist: 29 to 28.5 Hips: 35 |
Hello I am going o do day 3 right now... But I made a decision , i going to do it 5 times a week Monday to Friday.
