I am really happy about it and want to celebrate it here!!!

I did what I read in a magazine: to run my fastest the first mile, slow down the second one for recovery and run very fast again the third one. Let me tell you that after running the first mile in 10 something minutes (my fastest ever) I had to walk for two minutes to be able to catch up my breath, and then just jog for the rest of that second mile. I thought I was going to finish the 5k in longer than 40 minutes, but I didn't. Yeah!

I will keep on working on my speed. I want to do run a 5K in October in less the 30'!
