Default Sunburn

I am doing couch to 5k, on week 3 day 2. I went to the beach yesterday and got really burnt. I am supposed to run today. Should I still run or wait till the sunburn goes away?

Depends on how you feel! I got burned on the chest a few weeks ago running by the lake!! I just put lotions and cream on it and I was fine.

i agree, it depends how you feel. if you feel good enough to run, go for it. be sure you stay plenty hydrated though. i'd drink a lot more water than usual just to be sure if you do decide to run, and bring a water bottle with you while you run, or stop at fountains if you pass any. hope it heals soon
