I am hoping for my first 5K on Thanksgiving Day and am on Wk. 4 of CT5k. I am a chicken so I am starting small but am also 48 and still a bit overweight so I don't want to hurt myself

. Admittedly I thought the program would help quicken my weight loss and that was what drew me in and it did initially but now ironically it has stalled the scale for me. I have heard a lot of people say this so I am hoping for a whoosh soon. Keep up posted and let us know how it goes.
