Well, I don't know about getting better results, but as far as my sanity is concerned I could never do the same workout multiple days in a row. I like having something different each day, so I rotate 30DS with the other JM DVD's and Biggest Looser DVD's. It makes it so that the workout is still a challenge, and also works different muscles each day, giving the others a rest.
I think doing it every other day, with a different challenging exercise on the other days, would still give you good results.
