When I decided to change my eating habits, I knew that I was going to have to add exercise to my daiy routine as well if I wanted to keep the pounds off. Since I'm still insecure about working out in a gym (no one wants to be the fat girl surrounded by skinny *****es in short shorts and sports bras), I bought myself a Wii and Wii Fit.
I liked it well enough, but the Wii Fit is a little boring after a while. It's the same thing over and over...and while I know any exercise is good exercise, I found myself getting disillusioned with the whole thing.
A friend suggested EA's Sports Active...I like this much better and I love that it's interactive..makes me feel more like I'm actually working out and less like I'm goofing off.
So here's my question...has anyone else used Wii to lose weight...did you find that it worked?
