I was just wondering if anyone has tried this DVD and what their experience was and if they got any results. I just got it and havn't had the chance yet to try it. Any input is greatly appreciated!

To be really honest, it's a BRUTAL workout! Jillian gives you plenty of modifications for the tougher moves. Which you will need!
All in all it's a great workout but you need to pace yourself. And prepare for doing more push-ups in 60 mins than you ever thought possible!
And if you're considering buying any other dvds TBL Cardio Max is one of my favorites!
