Anyone else here do the Les Mills Pump Classes?
Just back from one now and the lunges are a killer with this new release.
Bicep track isn't a bundle of laughs either.
I haven't done the new release yet (probably tomorrow) but I do Pump, Combat and Attack. Body Pump is deceptive in that it does not feel too bad when I'm doing it but a day or two later I know I've done it!
I just broke my foot about 8 weeks ago, so at the moment i can only do Pump and RPM (maybe explains why i'm finding it so hard!). I hope to be back to Attack soon though. Haven't done much Combat as i find i only enjoy it and work hard enough if it's a really good instructor.
Let me know what you think of the new release..
Oh, i forgot, the abs track is an absolute killer too!
