I felt positively about it overall - a bit sore in my deltoids today when I shrug my shoulders, and a tiny bit in my pecs, but no other muscle soreness. Just curious if anyone else has tried something like this and has any advice or ideas? I have access to all kind of fun accessories (stability ball, punching bag and gloves, BOSU, free weights, etc) so there are plenty of possibilities. Hoping to develop a routine I could do 1-2 times a week on days when I don't run.
