Congrats on doing the C25K. Over the years of running, I have gotten a few serious injuries (stress fracture & chronic tendonitis) & many "things hurt for a few days and go away" injuries. I can't tell you how many weird aches and pains that I've had over the years that went away on their own without a diagnosis.
Rest and ice is a good strategy for a few days and then slowly get back on your feet. Run slowly and try not to run through pain. Sometimes, there's something wrong with your shoes or your stretching and you can fix that.
I wouldn't panic right now & it is impossible for you or any of us to diagnose it. The ankle and heel are complex with many ligaments, muscles and bones. If you still have pain in 2 or 3 days, see a doctor. I would see a doctor right away if you aren't able to walk, but if you can walk fine, you are probably ok.
I know it sucks to not run for a few days, but if you have something serious and you aggravate it, you won't be able to run for months. And whatever progress you lose with rest, you will gain back quickly.
Hang in there.
