Default I walked for an hour...my longest!

I am excited I walked my longest yesterday it took me 1 hour to walk 4 miles!

I discovered a route to take on the pinellas trail and will be doing this HOPEFULLY 3 times a week at least!

Nice! Four miles an hour is a good pace-- and walking outside is so fun!

Yes thanks! I find walking is something that is very good and low impact for me. It is such nice weather here now too!

I was talking to my sister on the cellphone while walking lol! it made the time go by so fast!

I see a lot of other people jogging and I think to myself that I would not be able to do that!

That is great!! and 4 mph is considered a 'very brisk' pace, good for you!! it took me 50 minutes to do 3 miles yesterday.

If you decide to try jogging, take it slowly at first. Alternate jogging with walking.

Don't be too sure about running. I just finished week 7 of the C25K program-- I'm in my late 40s and hadn't ever run AT ALL in at least 20 years. I thought I was INCAPABLE and yet now I do it and am loving it.

On the other hand, walking is great exercise too and you may prefer it.
