Would love to hear your exercise routines!
Hey all! I would love to hear what you all do for exercise? What kinds of routines do you follow. I am just curious what different exercises we all do?
I am planning on seeing a fitness coach soon (hopefully within the next week) and set up a fitness routine. Previously I was following the 5 factor fitness routine but found it to be not really working out my body that much and the cardio portion was very little. So, for right now I am doing around 25-30 minutes of cardio varying between so new advanced eliptical like machine, treadmill and bikes. And the circuit for training which is suppose to work all your muscles. This usually takes like 30 minutes. So my gym visit is usually about 1 hour long.
