Just running??

  • So I have tried videos, gym etc.

    But the only exercise that I enjoy is running!!!! (SOOO weird) I love the euphoria feeling I get from it.
    I usually run 2 miles 4 - 6 times per week.

    So my questions is, is this ok? is this enough?

    (I also eat 1200 calories a day and drink 65 - 110 oz. of water a day)


    Once I get to about 130, I plan to do the insanity shaun-t videos and p90x. But thats not for a while.

    I think if it's working for you it's enough ! Everyone should do whatever works for them. For me, I used to see a personal trainer a long time ago and she told me that cardio is great but weight training is amazing too because it keeps your body burning calories hours after the work out it done !
    If you are losing by running then keep running girl !
  • Just one question: If you couldn't run (injury, weather, travel schedule), what would you do instead?

    You may want to have a backup plan.

    I was a dedicated walker, at a pretty good clip, till I developed foot problems. I vary my exercise considerably now & only run a few times a month.
