I started a kettlebell workout @ home 3 weeks ago and started the c25k program this week. From the kettlebell I can feel muscles where I haven't before.
Now I just have to get my calories figured out since the scale hasn't moved - although my jeans sure are.
Wow! I just started doing weight training myself. Despite my period coming [biggest buildup to it EVER since I started working out more!], I'm wearing my skinny jeans with them tucked into my boots. I think they look the best on me...ever...since they aren't saggy/fitted in the wrong places, like two weeks ago when I was down to my lower weight without training!
