Default Time in between workouts

How much time do you keep between workouts? Would you workout in the evening one night and then first thing the next morning?

It depends on what kind of workout you're doing. If you are doing a full body weight training plan, you should give your body a rest. If you are doing cardio, yes, you can do some cardio, varying your workouts prevents injury, so do something different...
