Right now I'm on Week 4 of the C25K and level 3 of the 30 Day Shred. I was doing the 30DS, and then my half hour of C25K. However, is this not the best idea for my joints and leg muscles? Would it be best to alternate days? If I do alternate, when do I take a rest day?
I would love some help on solidifying a routine. I just don't feel like 1/2 hour of exercise daily is enough.

The weight loss is a continues activity in order to attain the desire goal.you are right that's not the best idea for your joints.
Yeah you said it right that the half an hour of exercise is not enough.You need to increase it to an hour including cardio.
