Experienced in exercise?
Okay, so I haven't weighed myself in quite sometime, so this morning, I decided to beat the odds, and close my eyes, and step on the scale, and well... To my surprise... I had lost 15 lbs in roughly 2 months! That's constant walking, eating 5 meals a day and being active!
Well now that I'm on the right track, I've got 80 lbs more to lose.. Anyone got any ideas of how I can spice this up a bit, and lose the rest? Because I know I'm going to hit a pleateau and be totally disappointed... And I'm doing soo good, and I'm keeping an awesome attitude, and I'm not letting ANYONE get me down! I'm finally getting, where I want with my weight loss, and I really don't want to lose that insight! So any ideas, OR suggestions I'll greatly appreciate! Much thanks in advance, acanadianthing |
acanadianthing -- :bravo: on your weightloss... I'd suggest to continue what your doing, adding more intensity to your walks such as hills, jog segments, add some weight training too...

Try a class or two if it's convenient.
Come up with a goal for time or distance and exceed it, then make a new goal. Sign up for a race or fun run. And most of all keep up the good work! |
