Second I really really need to get in the pool because I have arthritis in both my knees and just walking on my treadmill kills me.
Now here is the answer I need to push me over the edge and go sign up.
CAN I REALLY LOSE WEIGHT FROM WATER AEROBICS. I'm on vacation this week and I just may go sign up.........ok I really need a push......

I have never done a water aerobics class, though I would love to...but you shouldn't have a problem if you wear a swim cap. As far as can you lose weight - ABSOLUTELY! It's like running and moving in something thicker than air, ya know? You'd have to work harder. And your knees could totally do it easier than the treadmill.
