  • Ever have an AMAZING high energy work out but then still feel like beached whale afterwards??? That's how I feel right now

  • Awwww, I am sure many of us here can relate. Try to focus on the positive of that workout and don't get down on yourself
  • Yeah I know lol I had a pretty big breakfast which is why I'm still feeling kind of huge but it was all healthy stuff and it sure powered me through a good work out. So maybe when I digest a little more I won't feel so bleh. Thanks!

    And it actually makes me really cranky because darn it, I expect to feel freakin slender after I get my sweaty butt out of that place! lol! But occasionally it does happen.....
