  • I have been a bad girl the last few days yes I have exercised a bit but takin to many days off. Alot of partying over the weekend! Then I got laser done on my face and no major exercise for 48 hours they say. Im back on now though gonna play tennis tonight and do my strength training video. I got the urban rebounder and did a quick 15 min workout and my calves burned for 4 days! I gotta do another one of those now that is a great workout!

    Sep 1st- 60 min. bike level 6, 20 minute upper body weights
    Sep 2nd- 60 min elliptical level 7

    Sep 4th- 40 min turbo sculpt with 5# weights, 60 min walk
    Sep 5th- 60 min elliptical level 7, 70 min walk
    Sep 6th- 40 min turbo sculpt, 20 min ab jam
    Sep 7th- 30 min turbo jam cardio party
    Sep 8th- 40 min turbo sculpt
    Sep 9th- 60 min walk
    Sep 10th- 40 min turbo sculpt
    Sep 11th- none
    Sep 12th- 15 min urban rebounder
    Sep 13th- none
    Sep 14th- 40 min turbo sculpt
    Sep 15th- 25 min walk

    2 miles (not counting towards weekly goal though)

    Did W2D1 of C25K. It was so hard and I wanted to quit and just walk it out which was surprising as like 3 weeks ago I was midway through W3. I know I have done pretty much zero physical activity in the last couple of weeks but it was a shock. I'm thinking of starting over completely or quitting the C25k for now but I'll try W2 again on Friday and see how that goes. I want to give it till at least W5 or W6 before I decide whether or not running is for me.
    Did 40mins of yoga.

  • Hi everyone, just time for a quick check-in as I am still not feeling that great and I need to get to bed.
    I really wanted to do my workout so I pushed through it tonight - Mesocycle 3, week 2 chest & back = 65 mins.

  • Ok so stayed on Plan. finished up the day with 24 min MFC. including warm up cool down. Then played with the Wii fit. For another 15 min.

    I also did 15 straight leg raises on my perfect abs. I did 12 leg raises for either side of my abs. Then I did swing down bar pull ups. I did 10 of them. Then I climbed up on a stool and tried to hang from the pull up bar as long as i could. (not even one second). Eventually I will be able to hang there I think.
