    Today:
    30 minutes on the HELLiptical
    30 minutes Strength Training
    100 crunches (in different ways) on my Resistance Ball.

  • I have been itching to get back exercising since I hurt my leg last week, and now it's finally healed

    did 150 situps today
    did lots of weight training
    about an hour and a half on the treadmill

    and boooy do i feel sore hehe. in the good way, like i accomplished something

    Yesterday - Weight Training and HIIT - completed
    Today - Ab Ripper X and either run outside or treadmill.

  • I'm taking a break today because my back hurts a little, but I am cleaning this house and doing laundry. I may break down and do a little Step Aerobics....We'll see. I'm just not feeling the public world today.
  • Hi everyone, I have injured my forearm so I am feeling a bit down right now. I really wanted to finish the last two weeks of the STS program, and now I don't think I'll be able too. I am pretty sure I injured doing biceps curls last week. I am going to try to still do the chest & back workout tomorrow and see how it feels. I definately won't be working my biceps until it is healed though. So, today I am going to do a step workout and an ab dvd.
