Hi everyone, I have injured my forearm so I am feeling a bit down right now. I really wanted to finish the last two weeks of the STS program, and now I don't think I'll be able too. I am pretty sure I injured doing biceps curls last week. I am going to try to still do the chest & back workout tomorrow and see how it feels. I definately won't be working my biceps until it is healed though. So, today I am going to do a step workout and an ab dvd.
