pinto,
Sounds like the definition is already coming in on the sides. That's great. I have lost some in the lower belly but I still have a ways to go.

Oh I have something very exciting to share. Ab Ripper X works to strengthen core. I was able to do the first two ab workouts (in and out + front bycicle) with my hands in the air. I've only done it once (Thursday) so far. I hope I can do it again .

Somewhat definition is there but I still got lot of body fat% to lose before I can see my core. Let's hope for more fat loss .

I'm curious, those of you who are doing the X right now, are you following the eating plan or doing your own thing and what kind of results are you getting? I probably will not be able to following the eating plan like they have it listed. I have some certain food issues, dairy, gluten, etc. I hope to start this next month. I have to go out of town for a wedding and I don't want to be in the middle of my rotation at that time.

I've been using P90X for 4 weeks now and I've lost 25lbs! I am very happy with the results and like everything, you get out what you put in. Also, it anyone has an Iphone, download i90 workbook from the APP store. This handy little app replaces the P90X workbook. Also, remember to eat right while using P90X as 75% of your results come from your diet.
