Today I did Legs and Back and ab ripper x, also Amy Bento A TEAM CARDIO BOOTCAMP{1hr} Trailhiked with dog 500ft gain 3 milert [1 hr]

I lost 14 lbs 2 inch in waist ,2inch around stomach[at belly] and get this 3 inches on the top of each thigh ,2 inch in hips, I lost in the bust but don't really have a measurment . DEVA

You look good. You can see a definite improvement.
DId the 14lbs lost come just from the exercise or did you make nutrition changes as well?

NO diet change...totally clean eating is involved I have always kept my calories in check but i now eat different foods EAT all the time Mostly fruits ,veggies, fish,chciken,lowfat dairy only wheat products and not much statch , But I don't diet it is how I eat now!

Yesterday, it was Week 2, Day 1 of Ab RipperX for me. Couple of exercises I can do without stopping now. But others man! I have to stop and then continue. Hopefully in a month or so I'll be doing it with him without pausing.

**** no!!! :lol: Honestly, I would love to be able to do that. My daughter has been encouraging me to train with her. So, in essence, I would love to be able to do something like that, so, I will make it my long term goal!;) In the mean time, just getting fit will do me just fine:D

Pintobean, your doing great! just one day at a time, if you do your best, than you can't ask for much more than that now can you?;)

devadiva is contagious. In the wee hours when I went to the gym I was ended up doing W4D3 and W5D1 of the Couch25K (C25k) program.

On another note, weights are ridiculously expensive. Sheesh, I had to break my budget to get them.
