Workout DVDs.. have you guys tried these?

  • This past week I've been doing a couple workout DVDs that I've had for awhile. The first and my most favorite is the Biggest Loser Workout 2 (I CANT WAIT UNTIL NEXT SEASON STARTS!). It has different segments that you can mix and match and basically build your own workout.. I love it because it can be a diff workout every day and really gets me sweating!

    The one I did today was the Total Body Collection with Tony Horton.. ha.. but it was 30 minutes of an ab workout, and there are also 30 min segments for arms, thighs, butt, and a stretch.

    I'm gonna try to alternate between the two every day.. Have you guys used either?? What did you think??
