My goal is to run the Thanksgiving Day 5K with my dh this fall. I've got about 17 weeks until then, so I'll be extending the 9 week program until then. I plan on doing the first 8 weeks twice (and maybe doing 4 days/week instead of 3), and hopefully I'll be good and ready for the last week of the plan.
I did W1D1 tonight with dh. It wasn't so bad, but my knees and shins hurt a bit. I feel fine now, but wonder what tomorrow will be.
I know it'll get easier the more weight I lose, so I'll just keep on remembering that.



I'm actually feeling very proud of myself right now, and my body's feeling fine. The major soreness from Monday has gone, and while the remainder of my workout was harder to do than usual, I finished it too.
