The 8 week routine I was doing is over as of today and now I'm looking for another form of cardio to do.
I like to mix things up every month or two so it doesn't get boring.
Having a set timeline for workout programs has been fun and gives me a nice goal to focus on. So, what are your favorite cardio workouts? Oh, I should mention I have a treadmill, dvd player and no gym membership and well...that's it.
