Default Target Heart Rate -- When do you get Max benefit?

I am hoping that you all can offer some insights

I just purchased a heart rate monitor, I used the standard formula to calculate my target heart rate zone. My question is will I see a greater benefit health and weight loss wise if I exercise keeping my heart rate towards the max of my target zone or does it matter? I typically do 60 min of cardio a day 5-10min warm up and getting into target zone then keep towards the max for 50min. Then a 5min cool down

Thanks
