I wanna join in! I started hardcore working out July 1st so im on day 24 in that 24 days I have worked out 43 hours. I started way strong doing 3 hours a day then down to 2 and now 1-2 hours a day Im very comfortable with my 1-2 hours a day 3 was way to much felt like all I did was workout, shower, eat and repeat 3 times a day.
Today I did my strength training video turbo sculpt 40 min. That video is killer hardest video I have ever done and I have done alot. In about a hour going for a 60 minute walk/ 3 miles. |

chic..you are awesome. here's yesterday's stats: July 25th cardio on EMPTY 40 min incumbent varying intensities with arm moves with tubing 16 minutes club dancing to favorite songs...lol. Cardio on fuel: 1 1/2 hrs swimming, laps, diving, treading water, leisure...with kids. (EZ, I spent the day with spoiled brats as well--4 boys! only 1 is mine) STRENGTH TRAINING: :rofl: July 26th: REST. I don't think there is a part on me that is not sore..since my lady parts are joining in with the sore fest..maybe my weight gain/plateau is from TOM approaching blah! |

Yesterday I did 60 min. elliptical level 7 resistance doing average 130 strides per minute.
Today I did 40 min. strength training arms, legs and abs. Might walk later if it doesnt rain. In laws come in late tonight so over the next few days I will probably hit the gym longer to get away hahaha. Thanks for the welcome you girls rock and are so consistant, thats what it takes! |

looker. They are hard. I still shake so bad. but I just ignore it, and breathe. I count and breathe. and make sure EVERYTHING is pulled in. I just learned about the side planks yesterday from this website. way to go chic. I can't figure out what I want to do today. I was going to rst because I felt so miserable. But after my nap, i feel great. I just got done eating for the day at 7:00 pm. I'm thinking of walking, my son wants to walk with me. But it seems so slow, I probably can't powerwalk with him.

ok did 23 min of roller skating at a moderate intensity with the boy. the humidity is ridiculous I was not dripping sweat--more like POURING. I'm going to do some pilates and a shower! CARDIO= roller skating around neighborhood with my son=23 min PILATES/YOGA palm tree eagle pose camel warrior pose triangle pose downward-facing dog standing spinal twist forward bend cat stretch child's pose The hundred bridge The roll up single leg circles extra: bustline lift, isometric chest pulses side plank 20 sec L & R regular plank 30 sec |
