I was doing both cardio (WATP, YBB, TJ) and strenght two days a week using free weights and resistance bands, but i noticed all of my videos have strength built in with cardio. Most all of them. Do you think it's ok for me to just use the videos or shoudl I really incorporate additional strength? Strength is boring to me. But I look fwd to videos, and doing the resistance bands or weights with cardio. What do you think? what do you do yourself?
