I personally love soccer to get a grat run in because I love being outdoors and constantly running and doing a competitive activity. Soccer gives me an amazing workout and makes me feel great afterwards and i meet new peole from playing. What is your favorite sport to exercise from?
Softball, rock climbing, rollerblading, used to play volleyball. Right now I am looking for a ping-pong table. Just looks like a great way to hone my catching skills.
Running, kayaking, hiking, swimming and occasionally biking. I also like taking a variety of classes including strength training, intervals, yoga, pilates, etc.
I like a mix I've been biking on the weekends recently. I do a fair amount of hiking although a lot of that has been replaced by biking recently. In a couple weeks, I'm going to go to a kayaking training class. I really want to do some rock climbing sometime too. And in August, I'm thinking of joining a running training program.
