Does anyone go by the "eat like a King, Queen, Pauper" rule? And if so, has it worked? What about those who workout in the mornings, do you feel like you blow it after eating a good breakfast? I tend to want pancakes, eggs and sausage in the a.m. (I might skip lunch because Im still full if i have this).
Im trying to re-assess my regimen to see what works, Im still all over the board and struggling!
I don't know the rule but what seems to work for me is porridge with skim milk and splenda in the mornings. I can even get hubby to eat it for most of the week. We splash a little on Sundays. Bacon and eggs. Poached eggs slice multigran toast (no butter) and some bacon (ruthlessly trimmed of all the fat - dry fried. Go walking every morning. Feeling pretty good. Porridge is one of the breakfasts that stills with you a long time and you don't feel hungry.
Eat like a King,Queen,Pauper:
Means eat your biggest meal for breakfast
Lunch a lttle less
Dinner should be the smallest meal
I don't follow this plan.
