I am totally disappointed with myself. I set my goal just a few days ago and Friday I throw my back out. 4 days and counting with no exercise. This sucks. :(

6--Walked around shopping all day, and walked back from the grocery store, about 15 min
7--Bike to work and back, about 45 min; 12X1-min intervals on the treadmill (@ 7.5pmh); 60-min program; 10 min stretching

Busy at work and too tired at night to walk. Worked at son's house yesterday so no miles HOWEVER!!! Angie and I took the mutts out for 3 after church today!

May not see you much next week...looks like more overtime...

1--Golden Lite class 51 minutes
2--Walked at mall 30 minutes
3--Aquacize class 50 minutes, Walked 10 minutes
4--Babyboomer Fit class 36 minutes

Howdy all - I'm jumping in a bit late but my goal is running 4-5x/wk for 30+ minutes. I can't remember exactly what I did the first few days in June so I'll start with what I do remember. Thank you all for helping me stick to my plan!! Love the support on this site : )
6/4 - 45 min run
6/5 - rest day
6/6 - 60 min run
6/7 - 120 min hike
6/8 - 90 min walk
6/9 - 45 min run
