Saw a commercial this morning for Tony Horton's 10-Minute Exercise DVD's and of course they had great-looking before and after pics and testimonials. Anyone here doing this? Your assessment?
I haven't used it but thought it looked interesting too. I get bored so need a lot of variety in my workout routine.
My mom has it. Even though it's 10 minutes, they recommend that you do 3 of them a day.
