Has anyone tried this game for Wii? I swear its a godsend!

I've been using this game for three weeks now and it's amazing! I'm losing weight and inches, and am so much more toned! I actually have biceps!

I'm doing 45 minutes of this a day, sometimes more, and it's so much fun!

The best thing about it is that you choose what you want to do and how. You choose your workout, the time you want to do it in, what equipment you want to use, and can even change the difficulty if you find it too hard/easy.

I'd definitely recommend trying this instead of Wii Fit, it's so much better.

Highly recommended!

I am glad to hear that. I have seen it in stores but have not bought it. I have the Wii Fit but it is getting boring. I do try to jog or step for about 20 - 30 minutes on days the weather is bad and I can not walk out side. Sounds like My Fitness Coach has some new things.

Is it similar to Wii Fit or have different exercises?

I like it. I wish it used the balance board though. I love that it incorporates my fitness ball.

It is not similar to Wii Fit. You chose the length of your routine and your trainer takes you through it - for the whole time. No need to stop and pick another exercise every couple of minutes. It is motivating, and fun. Your trainer will mix things up so every workout is a bit different.

I just got Gold's Gym - Cardio Workout - which is mostly "shape boxing". I really like this as well.
