A touchy painful subject...

  • OK, y'all. I've got a question for those ladies out there who are somewhat LARGER in bosom size and have been active for a while...
    I started exercising 2 months ago, and since then, my bosoms are SORE SORE SORE. I'm not preggers, and it isn't related to TOM...anyone else experiece this? I am doing hot yoga with a non-compression bra 4 times a week. I have tried doing yoga with an Enell compression bra but couldn't breathe! I wear a regular bra the rest of the time, but since I started, MAN am I SORE. It hurts to lie down on one side or the other, and it really hurts if my DH gives me a hug...All I can think of is that I have a muscle strain or injury, as both hurt equally. I've ruled out the big CA, but am at a loss.

  • There are always sore at the beginning of the exercise.
  • I am not very large but I always wear 2 sports bras. Any bouncing kills me.
  • I wear a sports bra over a regular bra. Nothing moves when I do that.

    All I can really recommend is low-impact exercise for a little while - cycling, swimming, yoga or weights. Your boobs maybe just need a little rest! Well done on all the exercise though! x
  • Thanks! I guess this question overall was a bust! Hahahaha! And no moob input. How disappointing. Anyways, they feel better today, though...
