Have been working out for a week and a half and just wondered how long it took before you started seeing results in your clothes fitting looser? I am thinking at least a month with doing the dvd's 5 times a week???? I know everyone is different depending on their shape, size, how much weight to lose, etc...but was just curious. What do you think of Turbo Jam Maximum??
Hi! I just got this on monday. I like it so far! I did the learn and burn and the 20 minute workout on tuesday, and today tried cardio party. I'm so uncoordinated though lol. Anyway I think a month is a good time frame to expect results, but obviously I couldn't tell you for sure since I just got it... but I'd be sad if I didn't see anything by that time, since I can sure feel my abs aching. And my obliques the most! Which is kinda nice since they never seem to get worked.
I'd love to know your results at the end of your month of doing it also.
My workout buddy, and myself did the 10 day challenge before our vacation, and noticed our summer clothes fit better than before we started.
Now we need to motivate again to loose what we put back on, and go forward!
