Default i sure didnt pee my pants... did i?

i was doing 4 miles today (walking, running, arc machine) and when i was done looked in the mirrow (i was all sweatty) and noticed i had sweat right down where you would assume i peed my pantes.. it was almost to my knees. And it looked it like it thats how much it was. But i KNOW i didnt pee... it was VERY amberasing. And when i showed that to my husband my 3 year old was with him and he doesnt know how to control his voice said to everyone to hear "mommy, why did you pee in your pants?"... i was soooo imbaresed....
I also noticed the first thing i get sweat in is my underwear... is it common? right between my legs is when i start sweatting...

lol yea I think everyone sweats there.. I tell myself lol. Wearing black workout tights and moisture wicking undies saves the day though.

I swear my butt sweats more than any other part of my body! Cotton undies are a necessity for the gym.

If you are a David Sedaris fan (which I am) he mentions in one of his books or recordings that he always wears sweat socks because that's what catches the sweat from his butt after it runs down his legs.

If a skinny little guy like him has sweat issues, I figure there is no hope for me.

I agree with MariaMaria--no cotton!! It shows every ounce of sweat and holds all that moisture in.

I have the same problem and absolutely could not live without my moisture-wicking workout pants that are the exact same color wet or dry (black is a must, I don't know why they bother making workout pants in any other color). They could be soaked through with sweat and no one would ever know, except for sweat marks I leave behind after sitting down (note to self: try to never sit down at the gym).

There are lots of brands that make moisture wicking workout clothes that won't show sweat. Look for black workout pants made out of lycra, spandex, and/or nylon. The Champion series that Target carries is pretty good. My favorites are from Athleta.

Don't wear cotton panties or pants/shorts. Wear the wicking stuff

I just bought new undies and workout pants and don't want anymore in this size. When I buy another size down, I'll look for them. Thanks!

I hate sweating in that area. Sheesh! It's crazy. I feel like I should sit on a towel when I get back into the after being at the gym.
