I found that the first class was super-challenging, as I started at 190lbs and zero flexibility. I am now, a month later with strict strict dieting, 184 lbs and at 0.00001 flexibility! But I am getting better, and I love the structure and the discipline. I am giving it a year to see how I progress, and have chosen this right now as my main form of exercise. For the time being. After all, it IS 90 minutes long and I go 4 - 5 times a week.
