Sorry for not being online...I am painting around the house, I've missed the gym, but I guess I am moving around all day long. I am trying to find a balance at around 130lbs. Today I might be 128, tomorrow 132 :dizzy:, it is a constant struggle though.
Hope all you are doing ok, c ya!

Well, pretty silent in here. I have been ill for a month now, skipping gym and such, I was around 130. As I stayed in bed I put 2lbs...so that takes me at 132, my goal. Can't wait to get back at the gym, I feel all rusty :dizzy: Hope all of you are doing ok!

Congrats on meeting your goal :cheer2:

Thx, I though nobody wrote anything over here. You are very kind.

I have been ill for a loooooong time (over 2 months), skipping gym, being in bed not able to move too much. Horrible times:(. I am slowly trying to get back into the gym, and see how it works out for me.
I am now around 133.5-134 and Saint God I didn't gain too much. I lost though a lot of my tonus and strength, hopefully I will be back on track and in shape and healthy (mentally and physically).

I JUST did the JM Banish Fat Boost Metabolism workout for the first time (bought it yesterday)...omg, by the beginning of the 2nd circuit I didn't think I was going to get through all 7 of them!! I pushed it to the end, although I won't lie...I had to stop twice for about 10-15 seconds to catch my breath or I think I would have puked lol (I'm a newbie to working out regularly) I did it though...WHAT a workout! I think that DVD and I are going to have a love/hate relationship :D

Good job:carrot:
From my humble experience, I always have a love-hate relationship with JM lol. I will start the dvd's again if I can not make it at the gym, because I use many of those moves inside of the gym too. And JM basically kicked my husband's a$$ ;) (don't tell me I told you)

Keep it going !

lol Thats funny you said that, cuz I was thinking earlier that I'm going to have my husband try it too...it'll be funny to watch cuz I know he'll go into it thinking he won't even break a sweat haha!

BTW, does anyone have a ball-park estimate of how many calories you burn during the BFBM workout? I know everyone is different, but just would like a rough idea.

Well my Fitday now, at 133.5 lbs, says I burn 156Kcal in 20 min of circuit training.
But from my point of view, I would say I burn that only on 30DS or NMTZ, because I find BFBM harder.

It depends on what you eat too, and the rest of the activities you do, and your weight and resistance to such training and so on. I used to burn more of course when I was heavier and totally without resistance.
