Question I don't get it

I get on my treadmill everyday in the winter & run for an hour, i have started to do hand weight's & some badly needed toning exercise's. This is something i have alway's enjoyed doing, But as of this last Sat i just could not bring my self to do it, so i took Sat & Sun off (rest day's). I have not felt like doing anything I just don't get it. Maybe it's because i was able to get outside a few day's last week ? I't been a long cold winter so i use the treadmill. Maybe i just over did it last week i did my 8 to 10 mi walk run (Tues, Thurs & Fri), i could not help myself it was in the 50's and sunny , so how do i get back into the swing of thing's? it's like i have no energy This has never happen before .

Do you mix up your routine at all? Doing the same thing, day after day, would burn ANYONE out after a while. Can you experiment with something new to mix up your routine? Maybe a new class, or even a different kind of running (sprint intervals or incline training, for example)? What about getting yourself something new and gym related...new gym clothes, new songs for the mp3 player, new gadget like a heart rate monitor? Sometimes getting something new in the mix can really push you forward.
